We're also pleased to now be able to update you on Star's recent DNA results too... (both "CLEAR" for gPRA... and also a "CLEAR" result for CNM too) and those results, coupled with very good hip score and elbow + eye test results ~ + a cracking pedigree, with 32 Field Trial Champions to boot ~ also meant that a future litter was naturally on the cards for this very clever young lady..!

"Star" is progressing nicely and coming along well with her gundog training. She came 6th, in a very strong field, at her first-ever Novice event; with the Labrador Retriever Club of Wales.

This was further supported with Star's next Novice event... when she came a very laudable 3rd place -- at Usk Valley Working Gundog Club -- when she finished only 1pt behind 2nd place (and only 10pts behind 1st) which, by the way, was won by her 1/2 brother..!)

URC was her last competition -- before she whelped -- and Star came home 6th from a strong field... and at 5 weeks in whelp too..! -- we were all more than delighted with the improvements we clearly saw on the day.

HaselorHill Kennels, located in the South Worcestershire countryside, are KC Registered Breeders of Show; Working and Companion Labrador Retrievers...

HaselorHill are not large, commercial kennels but breed the occassional litter for their own needs and then find approved homes for surplus youngstock.
All litters are carefully researched and planned and are the culmulation of many years of careful and selective breeding -- always looking to try to improve and "add something special" to the mix -- with each successive step...

... and, importantly, HaselorHill always believes "...a Labrador should LOOK like a Labrador...!"

Their dogs are selectively and carefully bred and chosen for soundness; temperament; character; good looks and, of course, their ability "to do the job" that's being asked of them... whether that's making their owners proud in the show ring; or when out working in the field or, simply, as an important addition to your own family....!

Puppies are sometimes available -- please enquire for details -- but please contact the kennels as early as possible as there's usually a waiting list for HaselorHill puppies...
