Sunrush English Setters

A strange combination; my setters are best friends with Duncan and Jasmine, two very well mannered Shar Pei.

Echo (12 weeks), Sissi and Rayne. It won't be long before they need a bigger settee.

We have had English Setters for nearly thirty years and bred our first litter twentysix years ago. We only keep a small number because they all live in the house together.
Our main aim is to breed strong, healthy puppies which will bring pleasure and love to their owners. To this end all our stock are hip x-rayed and scored and we choose the dogs we use very carefully.
I was thrilled when Breeze qualified for Crufts 2009 getting 1st in veteran under Zena Thorn-Andrews. Then in her only appearance at a champ show after Crufts in 2009 she again qualified for 2010 by getting 1st Veteran Bitch at Darlington
Rayne is not much of a show girl but did try her hand at agility. She was great but before we go back to it I need to learn my left from my right!
We are hoping both Sissi and Rayne will have puppies in the next few months.
In August we welcomed a new addition to the kennel. Echo, Valsett Starlite Red Alert, made himself at home right from the start. He is a delightful, though wilful, little boy at the moment and we have great hopes for his future.
Duncan and Jasmine are still enjoying our coffee and toast mornings and also welcomed little Echo with enthusiasm.
