We have had English Setters for over thirty years and bred our first litter twentyeight years ago. We only keep a small number of dogs because they all live in the house together.

Our main aim is to breed strong, healthy puppies which will bring pleasure and love to their owners. To this end all our stock are hip x-rayed and scored and we choose the dogs we use very carefully. We have been Kennel Club Assured Breeders for several years and are members of the English Setter Association. We take the health and welfare of our dogs and puppies very seriously.

The leader of the pack for 12 years was Breeze (Sorbus Scattered Showers over Sunrush) The prettiest English Setter I have ever owned. Unfortunately we said goodbye to her in September 2013 at the age of 12 years but she has left a great legacy.

Rayne is not much of a show girl but did try her hand at agility. She was great but I could never remember which was left and which was right. She had a lovely litter and now lives a life of luxury, making sure the pack behaves as it should.

Sissi Qualified for Crufts 2011 at Manchester Champ Show in January. She had two beautiful little girls in July to Sh Ch Richecca Make My Day For Sorbus. Pip and Lunar are now members of the Sunrush pack and began making their mark in the showring in January. Pip qualified for Crufts 2012 at her first outing and Lunar followed soon after. Since then there has been no stopping them and both have numerous placings at championship show and both have been awarded Best of Breed at Open Shows. We are hoping they will bring Breeze's great grandchildren safely into the pack before the end of 2013.

Duncan and Jasmine are still enjoying our coffee and toast mornings though they feel a little out-numbered now Lunar and Pip are members of the family.
