Redaurora

Redaurora tollers are based in South Devon. Fizz (Foxdown Fizz of Redaurora), Scrumpy (Redaurora Sky) and Tipsy (Redaurora Golden Fox Fires) are active family dogs although all are/have been lightly shown including qualifying for and showing at Crufts.

They are typical, fun loving toller bitches and Fizz, Scrumpy and Tipsy have all been great mums to their pups (each having had one litter). The dogs are, first and foremost, family pets - the occasional show, agility outing and puppies are the fun add-ons, prising the dogs away from the aga in the winter and from chasing round the fields and the beach in the summer!

Scrumpy is Fizz's daughter from her one and only litter in 2004. In July 2008 Scrumpy had her first litter of seven gorgeous pups who all found good and experienced homes - although one decided to stay so we had 3 generations of tollers at home in Redaurora Golden Fox Fires (Tipsy)! Then Tipsy had her first litter in December 2010 and now we have four tollers at home - Fozzie, a boy, moved in! Four generations in the kitchen...chaos!

The girls have all their health tests in place (including the Optigen DNA tests for PRA, CEA and CH) and Fozzie will have his when he is older.

We don't show much but Tipsy continues to do well when we do and we were very proud that she got a 4th/reserve in her class at Crufts in 2010 and then had such a wonderful litter of nine pups at Christmas. In fact, in 2009/2010, we had 5 Redaurora dogs being lightly shown and all qualified for Crufts 2010! We will do a few shows again in 2011 and introduce Fozzie (Redaurora Festive Dasher) to the ring when he is 6 months old....Update; well Fozzie is now 8 months old and he and his sister have already qualified for Crufts 2012 as have Scrumpy, Tipsy and Gem (Redaurora Ruby Fire Dancer) - once again we have all 5 Redaurora dogs that are showing this year through - well done everyone - see you there!
