Sophie is my young GSD - Winters Mystic Sophie

She is loving her agility and is quick to learn. She is starting to work away well and is now starting to get placed. She's had a 5th in G3 agility (on a really difficult course) and a 15th in 1-4Jumping which was a great result out of 200 dogs including the grade above hers.

Sophie is very loving and enjoys lying curled up with me on the sofa in the evening.

She loves the water and swims very professionally and enthusiastically. Fortunately we have a beach fairly close by for her.

Sophie's first litter was a fabulous experience - such an honour to help deliver 7 wonderful pups and watch them grow into confident lovely pups, now gone to their new homes. It's great to hear all their growing up news. I can't believe that they're now a year old.

Disney is a Lythwood/Mohnessee sheltie who I bought to do agility. She has pricked ears so not suitable for showing but is very outgoing and ideal for agility. Her pups will make fantastic pets and agility dogs.

She has a great sense of humour and is full of fun and energy. She swims well and enjoys a good run.

Border Collies, Lexie and Ski

Lexie (Bottlesford Hope for Fun) is very intelligent, with strong working and show lines. Her pups will not be for the faint hearted, but ideal for those wanting to do everything with their collie - agility, obedience, working trials and or flyball. They may even be suitable for showing. Her parents are both clear of CEA TNS and CL so she is genetically clear of these diseases as both her parents have been fully tested. Her first litter are absolutely stunning - great temperaments, lovely looking and quick to learn. I kept Rosie from this litter.

Ski (Rancolie Blue Run) is very intelligent and very sensitive - his father is a world champion agility dog and he comes from strong working (herding, obedience and agility) lines as well as some fantastic show lines - see his pedigree. He is a striking merle. He is a CEA carrier.

Cody (Cody Fantastic) is a stunning red tri youngster from working (ISDS) lines. He is dual registered. His father's line have done a fair amount of showing - Kurgan

Oswy (Bottlesford More Fun) is a big softy who loves agility.

Jed (Done for Fun of Valgray) is my first collie - from Cornwall and is a rescue. He has just retired from full height agility. He started the 'fun' theme as agility is meant to be 'for fun'. He's named after an event horse and has the affix of Valgray's rescue.

Instead of thinking of 'fun' names for my dogs I decided to incorporate it into my affix - Funfastquick a play on the words fun and fantastic.

My dogs enjoy the garden - they love to play, they also love walks in the adjacent fields. We also train and compete in agility which they adore.

I share my home with a working lines (straight backed long haired) GSD, 6 border collies and 3 shelties.

I have started breeding as part of my agility hobby, hopefully having fun with my dogs and breeding some good agility lines. I don't currently show any dogs.

I started agility with my second GSD and now have a fabulous black working lines long haired GSD who has just started competing.

Three of my collies are show/working lines with Blue Aberdoon, Brooksbid Country Classic and Int Sup Ch Spot in my bitch's pedigree. All my collies are tri - Jed, Oswy and Lexie are black tri, Ski is blue merle tri and Cody is red tri. Cody is dual registered (ISDS and KC) and he is related to Oswy.

My merle dog, Ski, has a Sheltysham dam and an agility world champion for a sire (Woodsorrel Spectre). He has excellent lines although a CEA carrier. He has the well known agility sire Batavia's Cap in his pedigree and also the well known Sadghyl Pip as well as some excellent show champions like Kathmick Griff, Cluff of Mobella, Lethans Hopeful Flame, Viber Travelling Matt and many others

Lexie and Cody had 8 red tri babies on 20th February and I have kept the last pup to be born, Rosie - Funfastquick Red Rose.

Recently I have ventured into shelties, my first, Dizzy isn't suitable for showing due to pricked ears and Darcy has grown too big to show. The bitch is sable and of Lythwood/Mohnessee lines. The dog is black and white and is Francehill lines. I now have a youngster, Molly - Seauro She's the One of Mohnessee/Nethercroft lines. A tri, Molly is looking like the right size and shape for a sheltie :-)

My dogs are all house dogs and we travel around the country during the summer at agility shows. Oswy my six year old qualified for the national Pedigree Pairs final last year at Stoneleigh and the Dog Vegas Novice dog final held at Winterton, Scunthorpe. I am delighted that this year he and his partner qualified again for the pedigree finals and Oswy has won G5 agility, making him G6. He competed very lightly this year due to an injury in May which flared up a couple of times. This winter he's having 4 months off to ensure his complete recovery having been sound he got up and stretched and hurt himself again.
