I have owned large breed dogs for many years. Meeka is my first ridgeback and brings such joy to all the family she has a lovely temperment and sense of humour and like most ridgebacks is strong minded but this adds to her charm. I have shown Meeka since she was a puppy enjoying many a day out in the show ring, l was so pleased for her to qualify for crufts in 2006. Meeka is mainly a family dog and enjoys days in the garden with my grandchildren. We are so excited and looking forward to her first litter which are due 7th June 2008. l intend keeping a puppy and to continue showing Meeka and new puppy.
