Foxthorn Magie May or "Maggie" as she is known to us is a "true" blue and tan Border Terrier.
True because she has the correct and desired ticking in her coat. She has an excellent mouth and strong movement and a truly typical Border temperament.

Sired by Champion Tythrop Tapas, Best of Breed winner Crufts 2008. Her dam is Blaentir Dancing Leaves at Foxthorn "Bo".

Maggie was a Crufts'08 and 09' qualifier and has made a good start to her show career. Wins at all levels

Oxcroft Kurundu Von Foxthorn or "Pricey" as he has come to be known by the children!

From the world famous Oxcroft kennel, bred by Jack and Julie Price, hence the children came up with the name!

A handsome young red grizzle dog pup, that has quickly established himself at our home.

A very big thank you to Jack and his daughter Julie for letting him come to us.

Look to the left of the picture!!! Pricey continues to prove the Border Terrier is a "Working Dog" and can smile doing it!!

Vallemoss Vera at Foxthorn or "Vee" as she is known is sired by Ch Dandyhow Figaro at Glebeheath.

Seen here after winning 1st Place Yearling Bitch at Border Union Champ Show '09. One of her many qualifying wins for Crufts 2010.

2010 has started well with Vera winning Post Graduate Bitch at Manchester Championship Show January 2010. The Biggest class of the day! This qualifies her for Crufts 2011!

From our very best friends kennel Vera has blended into our home easily and is a big favorite of Mathew.
Vera qualified for Crufts 2009 at her very first show.

vera is now on holiday in Ireland with Julie and Philip Bryan of the Glencarriag Kennel. Graded "Excellent" under FCI regulations.

All of our pups are born and raised in our home, with the full interaction of our children. This has come to ensure that our pups are well socialised when they make the transition to their new homes. We NEVER breed just to sell pups.

Hello and welcome to the world of FOXTHORN Border Terriers.

We are a small family run kennel that breeds for temperament first and foremost. We aim to produce Border Terriers to the breed standard whilst striving to continue the traditional characteristics that made this breed was it is today.

Well the Taylor family, or the human side of it anyway, consists of myself, Rob, my beautiful wife Sarah and our four children Megan (18), Robert (16), Mathew (8) and last but certainly not least Frances (9months) Mathew was "unleashed" on the child handling circuit 2010. Our thoughts are with the judges!!

Mathew has competed in his first Child Handling competion and has qualified for Richmond Semi Finals!!! Well done son!

All of our dogs are family members, all of our pups are born and raised in the home.
We do not breed just to sell pups, but with the aim of improving and increasing our own stock.

We are members of the breed clubs and many societies and associations across the UK, being honoured to be on the comittee of some also.
We support Kennel Club shows and events at all levels and also the Working Terrier shows and Hunts.

We welcome contact from all and are happy to give help and advice if needed.
