COOMBSTOCk

The Coombstock kennel name was first registered in 1966 and all present bitches stem from the foundation bitch "FLICKA OF YEO" purchased from Mrs L. Sawtell in the 1970's.We mainly show our dogs, but do have the occasional litter. At present we own 8Goldens.Our main win was at Crufts in 1988 when we won not only B.O.B, but also was runner up in the Gundog Group with a dog we bred and owned, by the name of CH. COOMBSTOCK DISCO DANCER. He won a total of 12 CC and 3 reserve CC,s. Later on we bred our first bitch SH.CH, in COOMBSTOCK CARNIVAL QUEEN OF RAVENGLADE. Our other interest in connection with Goldens is Jenny judges at Champ show level. It has always been our policy to adhere tothe breed health schemes and hopefully to produce a sound Golden in both body and mind.
