There have been Golden Retrievers in our family since the 1930s, and most are mid to dark gold in colour (as opposed to cream). Eyes are tested under the KC/BVA scheme, and hips are X-rayed and scored as soon as youngsters are old enough. Temperament is our most important consideration when choosing a stud dog, and we rarely have more than one litter every 18-24 months. We always hope to keep in touch with puppy owners for as long as they wish to keep in touch with us, and are happy to provide advice and answer questions.
