Jim and Guardwell Sir George were probably the first to fly the flag for bullmastiffs in Ireland at Crufts 12 years ago,when Sir George recieved the award of "Very Highly Commended" Jim was also the owner of IRISH CH wrinkles of leitrim,One of Jim's first bullmastiffs.

Jim is also the President of the Bullmastiff Club of Ireland and has judged Bullmastiffs at Championship Level in Ireland , England and mainland Europe,Including as to say the British bullmastiff League back in 2003, He is also one of the founders of the Bullmastiff Club of Ireland along with David Gaffney,
