We are very pleased that we now [2007] have four generations of our own line of Golden Retrievers. Our dogs are intelligent, gentle and love to be co-operative. They live in the house with us and are members of the family. They are wonderful companions and extremely good with children .
We live in a glorious rural location with a 5 acre garden near the sea in Devon. This is much appreciated by both the dogs and ourselves.

Clara [Clarissa Rosie of Volehouse] is an absolute darling. She is pretty like her mother, intelligent, very loving and a great companion. She adores her grandmother Lucy and even opens the door for her. She has a delightful character!
Clara loves going out for walks and particularly visiting the beach. She was very pleased last summer when she was able to spend some time 'walking the South West coast path' with one of the family.

We only breed occasionally in order to perpetuate our family line. We have always bred extremely carefully. It is very important to us that our puppies are healthy, intelligent dogs of good breed standard with all the qualities that are wonderful in the Golden Retriever temperament.

Our Grand Dame is Lucy [Sandgold Elusive Star] who was mated with Langsett Mad Impulse At Mooorquest. Her daughter Rosie [Rosalind At Vole] is Clara's mother. Clara has mated with the very sweet Barney [Dogsmerfield Barnsgold of Keweras] and they now have 7 beautiful puppies.

Our puppies always live in the house with us and are always healthy, well-adjusted puppies. They are confident, happy puppies used to being with people, children and other pets. Our puppies are always Kennel Club registered and leave us with a puppy information pack and ongoing support.We do not allow our puppies to be exported.
