I have had this wonderful breed for 10 years, after breeding end exhibiting cocker spaniels for 15 years, and a short foray into the world of boxers, when I bred an Austrialian champion.
They are not the breed for everyone, with their mucky beards, and coat that needs a lot of grooming ! They are however the most biddable natured breed, with their human expression, and intelligent nature. I wouldn't be without them.
We have shown at all levels and enjoyed considerable success, but more importantly we have a lot of fun !!
I only breed when I want something for the show ring myself, so in 10 years I've only had 3 litters ! I now share my home with 4 spins, and an elderly cat that keeps them all in place !!
