I have owned Golden Retrievers for 30 years. They are a truly wonderful breed. My dogs are hip scored and have current clear eye certificates under the KC/BVA health schemes. Most importantly is the superb temperament. My main hobby with my dogs is showing, but they are my pets and companions first and foremost. I occasionally have a litter, but generally I only breed when I want to keep a puppy, and they are reared in the home.
