we are Jo and Jarrad Whitfield, we live in Liverpool. Jarrad and I are currently owned by two beautiful akita's Gracie and Mia and three crazy chinese crested dogs Dolli,Whizzy and Sadie.


In 2005 we were introduced to dog showing and totally bitten by the show bug!
Our first show puppy gracie, won two pbis and two rbpis so we have been quite lucky to have had such a good start!
Mia has proven herself to be a super show girl winning 5 BPIS and a BIS at open show level whilst still a minor puppy, she has qualified for crufts 2012. Mia is a multiple championship show class winner.

Our dogs enjoy an active lifestyle they regulary go swimming and to training they are well socialised and a pleasure to have around!

Our cresteds and our akitas live happily together and all can be let off the lead to exercise. We are strong believers in good training to develop well balanced, well socialsed dogs!

In 2008 we produced our first litter of akita puppies, from this litter we kept our own girl Mia. Mia is doing well inthe show ring with : BPIS, BIS at open show level and numerous first places at championship shows, including qualifying for crufts every year.


Our dogs are first and foremost adored family pets, they lead active lifestyles and any rosettes they win are just a bonus!

We have had a lot of support from our dog's breeders. We have made great friends and look forward to showing our dogs throughout 2011.

We are now accredited breeders, breeding only health tested dogs, with excellent temperments.
