| | I have had dogs all of my life, and began breeding American cockers in 1992, I was in the breed for six years I did show lightly, and breed a few very nice litters. More and more health issues were creeping into the lines at that time and I decided to stop breeding the cockers. I bought my first Vizsla in 1998 and showed her until she had an accident , she was then retired from the show ring but went on to produce a lovely litter of pups. I now have three Vizslas. Vhari is hip scored as are all my dogs, I will always be available for advice and or information relating to owning a Vizsla. I am originally from Scotland but moved to Southern Ireland in February, 07 due to being unable to find dog friendly properties in Scotland. We are based in the country near Letterkenny which is 30 minutes from Londonderry airport and about 1hr 45mins from either Larne or Belfast ferry ports. The dogs are in the house in the evenings but have a heated kennel block with large runs outside. We also have access to 10acres of ground behind the property to let the dogs have a good run. Beaches are in abundance in the area so we are often seen loading the dogs into the car for a day at the beach. Anyone requiring information in relation to owning a Vizsla is welcome to phone or e-mail , all replies will be anwsered. |
