Welcome to Pearl Cottage, the home of the Ambergold Golden Retrievers. We live in a sleepy Hampshire village surrounded by lovely walks across fields and woodland where our dogs run daily

The above dogs which form our current small kennel range from 1 to 14 yrs. When my husband retired I decided to retire from showing. Our show career has had many highlights over the years which includes 2 CC winners, 6 Res. CC winners, J.W. winners and numerous stud book numbers. All our dogs have won 1sts at Championship show level and we have also had 1st at Crufts

My greatest love has always been the working side which I have done now for some 18 yrs. All the dogs I have ever owned with one exception have worked in spite of them all being show bred. We now work four regular shoots and I will continue with my show lines as I always feel proud when the guns comment that they are also very beautiful looking dogs

This lovely boy is the love of my life. He had a great show career and has a great deal of skill in the field. He has proved to be a good sire stamping his type and temperament and has successful offspring in the ring. We have just welcomed his latest daughter Catcombe Cameo into our midst. Will's progeny has an average hip score of 11.5

Wills has a half-brother, Ambergold Aleksei, by Ch Chinnordale Kirribillie.

Both are at stud to suitable lines.

Siagar Spencer x Ambergold Sensation

Our young Sensation daughter Lizzie has been a real joy and has taken to the shooting scene with great enthusiasm. She enjoys life to the full and has a great sense of humour. We need one also!
We plan to have a litter from her to Ch Catcombe Corblimey early 2009
