We have been showing, handling, judging and working gundogs (with birds of prey and with the gun) for over 25 years, our first gundog being an Irish Setter.

We are a very small family kennel and enjoy spending quaility time with our dogs who are very much part of the family. We have a wide knowledge of HPR breeds, Gordan and Janet having GWP's and Chinese Crested Dogs and Donna and Neil having Large Munsterlanders and Minature Wirehaired Dachshunds.

We had our first Show Champion in 1992 with SH CH Hillanhi Hejne of Helydon, a German Shorthaired Pointer. We no longer have GSP's but have many life long friends with GSP's and super memories from our amzing boys and girls.

We have a proven track record in the show world. Some of our many achievements are:
Winning a range of CC's and Res CC's in various breeds, two of which have been at Crufts in 2006 and 2008,
Gaining Junior Warrents,
Best in Groups and many Best of Breeds at Open shows,
Irish Champions, many Green stars in all our breeds,
Gaining CACIBs,
Winning Kennel Club Junior Organiastion (KCJO) Gundog Stakes at Crufts twice and overall winner during Crufts centenary year,
Representing Scotland at Obedience and handling,
Professionally handing a range of breeds gaining Res CC's, CC's (two of which were at Crufts) and gaining show champion titles for our own and other peoples dogs.

We are keen to ensure quality and thus have our gundogs eyes, hips, shoulders and elbows are screened. Superb temperment is a key element in all our dogs and in our breeding, all of our dogs are members of our family.

To ensure the development of our breeds we very rarely have litters and carefully choose bloodlines. We look in detail at lines and try to enhance our pedigree, this may mean mating with a dog out with the UK, using dog from imported stock or importing a dog.

Our dogs are bred to be 'fit for their specific function' but ultimately they are part of our family.
