Grangepine

Unlike some other breeds of hunting dogs, there is not a scrap of aggression in the Vizsla breed; indeed they have an elegant dispostion that makes them ideal family dogs.

Vizslas are quick to learn and keen to please, always wanting to be close to other Vizslas or to members of the family.

We have one Vizsla that is 12 months older than the other... and most of the training given to the first dog was transferred to the second so that we hardly noticed the new arrival!

Overall Vizslas are gentle dogs who quickly become part of the family, boisterous when playing... relaxed for the rest of the time. On their walks they never stop running but on their leads they wlak to heel with a minimum of training.

Grangepine is a kennel wthin a family... the puppies' run is outside the kitchen and there is constant movement through their space. In a family with four children, puppies are exposed to people of all ages and are relaxed and comfortable in all sorts of company.
