Despite hating every minute in the show ring Axl achieved his JW, 3 CC and 2 Res CC before I retired him to pick up on the local shoots which was far more his thing.

Although used very sparingly at stud, I am proud to say that Axl features prominently behind many weimaraners successfully working
and trialling today as well as CC winning and Sh.Ch stock in the ring.

Axl was bred by Maggie Piggon (nee Smith) - Vedanta, to whom I owe a big thank you.

Yaxi was always a great showman. As my first Weimaraner he introduced me to both field trials and showing in great style. He achieved his JW, 2 CC and 3 Res CC as well as being runner up Weimaraner of the Year (WCGB) and WA Top Dog for his combined success in the field and show ring.

Yaxi was a great working dog who won numerous field trial awards, rarely being unplaced. In his final year trialing at 8 years of
age he ran in four trials and achieved a CoM, 4th, 3rd and 2nd place as well as guns awards.

Vamp was a real character who always had an extra spring in her step. A natural worker having inherited strong working instinct from
both her sire and dam, she was worked on local shoots every season from 12mths of age.

Sh.Ch. Vedanta Vice of Akateze (Axl), Vedanta Vamp of Akateze - Vamp (Axl's daughter) and Akateze Angelic Upstart - Devo (Vamp's son).

Now at over 10 years of age, I have Devo and his sister Rain (Akateze Addiction at Vedanta) for company and am hoping that a new addition will be joining our family in 2008.
