PATRINAH GOLDEN RETRIEVERS

Dogs have been part of my life for over 30 years.

I always had a burning ambition to breed Golden Retrievers and I bought my first Golden , "Bertie" "Medodaine Albertine" (Medodaine Magical Mystery ex Starlance Moon River) 9 years ago and it was love at first sight . Bertie is a very special boy. He is my constant companion and has such a wonderful temperament, always eager to please, and is loved to bits.

We then added to the family when we bought our first Golden bitch, "Zarah" - "Clarina Sweet Marie of Patrinah" (Medodaine Silent Slumber ex Tonara Guy Fawkes)) She has the sweetest of natures and is a sheer joy to own.

Zarah was mated to Holbeck Heroic Aviator above Fenwood in 2002 and produced a litter of 8 lovely puppies, from which I kept "Oliver" & "Topaz", our "partners in crime" .


Zarah's next litter in 2004 by Pandreft Red Hot Leader gave us 6 more beautiful puppies and we then added "Sofiah" (Patrinah Sweet Tabasco) to our family. She is proving to be a little star in the Show Ring, having achieved numerous good placings at both Championship & Open Shows .



We are very proud to welcome "Freyah" (The Admiral's Lass at Patrinah) (Patrinah Band of Gold ex Langsett The Admiral at Tannadice) to join our family.

Freyah made her debut at Slough & District Open Show on Sunday 4th February 2007 and delighted us all by achieving a 1st in Minor Puppy.

Sofiah gave birth to 8 beautiful puppies sired by Sh. Ch . Summeramba Stilton on 19th February, 2007.

Oscar (Patrinah Pecorino) and Elzah (Patrinah Pampanella) (Patrinah Sweet Tabasco ex Summeramba Stilton) , are staying with the rest of their family in the Patrinah household. We hope to introduce them to the Show Ring in September 2007.

Oscar and Elzah, now 6 months old, have started their showing career well with good placings at both Salisbury Open and Richmond Championship Shows.

We have recently relocated to France and all our dogs live as pets in our home which is situated in the tranquil hamlet of Joux, Anost, in the beautiful Parc Naturel et Regional en Morvan.

We shall continue to breed and show our dogs in France.

We breed only from sound stock with current eye certificates and hips scored, temperament being of the uppermost importance.
