Lewcher

Shadow is our most recent baby.

Our kennel affix is Lewcher and we have been showing dogs for many years. We started showing our first whippet about 20 years ago. Over those years we have had a total of 6 litters, We lost our Silkstone bitch, Fern (Silkstone Ocean Sunset) last Christmas at the age of 11. She was a very successful bitch in the show ring winning her stud book number at Crufts at the age of 2 and won reserve top dog of East Anglia at their Supermatch. We kept one of her daughters, Bailey (Lewcher Royal Sunset) and have had a very successful time with her gaining her Junior Warrant award. She has won many BOB and BIS’s and still continues to do so. We are currently campaigning two of her daughters. A fawn bitch from her first litter, Saffi (Ocean Dream) who has had many wins at Champ shows along with BP’s & BOB’s, and one from her second litter, Shadow (Lewcher L'Aimant) a brindle bitch sired by an Int. & Italian Champion and WW. We are both committee members of the East Anglian Whippet Club and have been for the past 8 years.
