DubhBruja - is myself Lea and Justin (my long suffering husband) and we live in Cheshire with our son Joshua and our 7 dogs, 6 flatties and a Theo our oldest dog who is a lab cross we rescued as a puppy and is now 16 years old, our dogs are first and foremost our much loved pets who live as part of our family. We are lucky to have the lovely Littlehill Morven (Ziva the diva to her friends) Ziva is Bramble and Willows full sister and came to us early in May '07 from Scotland (my dads kennel Littlehill) she is a darling, she and Echo are the best of friends and getting up to all kinds of mischief together (Echo came to us from the Aricdell Kennel, her mother being the litter sister to our own lovely Bramble we were thrilled to be able to bring one of the girls nieces to live with us and the gang.) Willow and Bramble are full sisters (not litter sisters) they both carry liver genes from their sire, both girls have had puppies now, sired by our own handsome Murdoch (who loves puppies) and were wonderful mothers, all the pups are happily living with their new families and growing into beautifull Flatties! All pups bred by us are reared in the house with as much love and affection as our own dogs and are well socialised, have their first innoculation while still with us and come with a puppy pack containing advice on feeding, worming, house training etc. and our lifelong support (all pups will carry liver genes from both parents). Our flatties adore our other dog Theo but unfortunatly he isn't keen on any dogs, that doesn't stop the girls washing his face and he has learned to live with them. Also living with the gang is Luna who is one of Willows puppies from her last litter, Luna is currently the baby of the family and likes to be cuddled up with her mum or Ziva of an evening, she is completly spoiled and its wonderful to have one of Murdy and Willows girls staying at home, although as she does like to paddle in mud giving Luna tunes a hug is not something to be done in light coloured clothes believe me!! Our dogs give us so much joy and affection and we encourage people to come and meet them to find out what a flatcoat is like first hand and to experience their temperament for themselves. Most of our puppies so far have gone as family pets, although one little liver girl is being introduced gently to the show ring with some good successes and several are undergoing gundog training with great sucess and so true to their breeding are proving to be the multi purpose dogs that their breeding dictates if this is where your interests lie. Flatcoats love children, well they love anybody really and are a fantastic companion with their exuberance and love of life, if you have the energy to keep up give one a try!! All our dogs have all the health checks relevant to their breed (hip score and eye test) and have wonderfull natures just as you would expect from a Flatcoat. We became Kennel Club Accredited Breeders in 2006 and are very pleased to be involved with the sceme. We are also quite happy to put you in touch with other families who have taken one of our puppies and are allways happy to forward photos of both our own gang and of puppies that we have bred.
Anyone interested in reserving a puppy( especially if you are hankering after a liver girl or boy as these are usual booked before they are even born!) feel free to give us a call or drop us a line with a few details about yourselves, we like to get to know you!

Willow was been mated this month (August) and we are hoping for puppies around the end of Oct (mother nature allowing) ready to go Dec time, any one interested in puppies from this litter please drop us a line or call us, bookings are all ready being made.
