Introducing the five generations of Kadaka girls.
Starting on the left we have Millie (Treganhawke Lady Arona) who was our first Golden. She was to have two litters and all our present girls are descended from her.
Next we have Pepper (Princess of the Universe) from Millie's first litter. Pepper had three litters of her own. Although she was only ever shown very lightly herself she was to produce many excellent show quality puppies who have had wonderful careers for themselves to date.
Jessie (Namyah Heskey), who is owned by my sister Julie, is from Millie's second litter and has always been primarily a family companion and has never been shown.
Ella (Eltsac Honey Sweet) is next and is from Pepper's first litter.
Next is Halle (Kadaka Gemstone) who was bred from pepper's second litter, She is also owned by Julie but is shown regularly by Ann. It was at this point that Julie also became a partner on the Kadaka affix.
On the right we have Kassie (Kadaka Klassic) taken when she was four months.
Also, not pictured, is our latest arrival Roxy (Kadaka Kasscade) who was born in July 2007 to Ella, in her third and last litter. Roxy has recently begun her show career and is showing great promise having already picked up several BPIB awards at her first few shows. We look forward to having lots of fun with her in the future.

Eltsac Honey sweet (Ella)
(Sh Ch Steval Mickey Finn at Ivycrest ex Princess of the Universe)
Ella was bred by Ann from the first litter born to Pepper (Princess of the universe) in April 2001.
Ella has done very well in her show career. She gained her stud book number under Sue Almey at Berkshire Downs in 2005, many thanks to Sue for thinking so highly of her. She has also won many BOB's and has been consistently placed at all showing levels.
Ella is now 7 years old and has produced three cracking litters, who have found homes all over the UK and Europe. Several have started on successful show careers of their own.
Our success wouldn't have been possible without the help and advice of Val Tregaskis.
One of Kadaka's proudest days came for us when Val's Finn (Ch Captain Finn at Steval JW ), Ella's litter brother, gained his third CC to become a full Champion.

Kadaka Gemstone (Halle)
(Sh Ch Stormerick Soloman ex Princess of the Universe)
Halle was born in June 2003 as part of Pepper's second litter.
She has done extremely well in her show career so far, winning many BPIB, BOB and group placings at all levels of showing.
Halle is now 4 years old and has had one litter of very nice puppies, which have been shown themselves. It is hoped that she will have one more litter in the future.

Kadaka Klasssic (Kassie)
(Steval Soul Singer ex Eltsac Honey Sweet)

Kassie was born in the second litter by Ella in May 2006. This was a repeat mating to Steval Soul Singer, due to the first litter producing such stunning puppies.
In her career so far she has had numerous wins and placings including many BPIB's. Kassie is now 2 years old and is maturing well , showing great potential for the future in the show ring.
She has recently taken a break from the ring to have a litter of puppies.
Kassie has been placed each time she has been in the showring and hopefully will be in great shape to qualify for Crufts 2009, when she returns to the ring from maternity duties later this year.

Kadaka is a small family run kennel in the heart of Devon.
The kennel was started by myself (Ann) 14 years ago and I was delighted to be joined in partnership of the affix by my sister Julie in 2004 .
We live on the edge of Dartmoor and our dogs live indoors as part of the family. They are all primarily our companions and friends, although by careful breeding we have managed to produce some stunning dogs who have done very well in the show ring. Our girls love nothing more than running through the woods and swimming in the rivers, getting as dirty as possible.
We show, and have been fortunate enough to do very well in the show ring having won numerous first places, BOB'S and group placings. Both Kadaka Gemstone (Halle) and Eltsac Honey Sweet (Ella) have qualified for crufts.
We breed litters occasionaly for sale. These are always bred for type and temperament as well as for soundness. We always take great care in choosing the best stud to father our litters and usually line breed from quality stock.
