We are Julie & Anthony Burton & together with our spotty & none spotty babies we have our small family kennel Hameldal dalmatians, based in Lancashire.
Our main breeding aims are to produce dalmatians who can full fill their role as working carriage dogs & excellent family members! - Not what is in "fashion" in the show ring at any one time! Sound Temprement, Excellent Construction - that is essential for any working & family dog. Good Health is paramount, we strive to ensure this for all our dogs. We believe in dogs that are bred with much thought & consideration, not just for the sake of breeding. Finding the right match for one dog certainly might not be the case for another. We believe in good strong pedigrees to back up our aims, & our goals are reflected well back throughout our pedigrees, and any dog we add will also strengthen or improve on this.
We take much time, effort & expense to ensure our dogs are fully health checked, Baer hearing tested, Hip & Elbow scored as well as Dna Profiled.
Our puppies go to approved homes only. We give a lifetime support to all our offspring & wish in return all our babies stay in touch with us.
We are members of the British Carriage Dog Society & British Dalmatian Club and adhere to there codes of conduct.
We enjoy showing, and working Road dog trials but more importantly than this the dogs do too!
We believe the Carriage dog Trials is an excellent way of showing off true dalmatian traits, and strongly support the Dalmatians traditional working role and the British Carriage Dog Society.
