Overijse Labrador Retrievers

Our top winning bitch, Pebble, is a stunning yellow who has qualified for Crufts for the rest of her life. She has also been a consistant winner at Championship shows and Best of Breed winner at Open Shows. She delighted us by winning the Reserve Challenge certificate at Border Union Championship show under Judge Mr Micheal Boothroyd, last year. As a puppy she won Best Puppy Bitch and Best Puppy in Breed at the Welsh Kennel Club Championship Show under Judge Mr Timms.
Pebble has clear eyes and a Hip Score of 3:3. She ia a beautiful bitch with a super temperament.

Pebble has had some super write-ups in the Dog Press including
"..glorious headed cream of good size, excellent type, super tight double coat, very sound, showed all out to win RCC , real old fashioned lab". Mr Micheal Boothroyd.
" Lovely type, excellent overall balance, sweet head with gentle expression and correct eye colour, good length of muzzle , well angulated throughout, good top line and tail set, there is a lot to like about her" . Mrs Jane Rawlinson.

Wilma is Pebbles daughter by Keenes Spin Doctor, she is a lovely black bitch who is full of fun but very loving and loyal. She has a clear eye certificate and low hip score of 3.2. She has only been very lightly shown due to family commitments however we hope to show her this summer. She is like her Mum- quite a show off in the ring so we are looking forward to campaigning her.

Salsa is from Pebbles final litter by International Champion Carpenny Walpole. She is a lovely pale cream bitch, just like her Mum. She is only 8 months old and we hope to start showing her in the summer.She really adores our son whom she is always following round the house, they are great pals and love to play ball together.

Fudge is 2 years old and has already had a few wins in the show ring. Fudge is our first chocolate and we love her very much. She is a very loving girl, very gentle with children and absolutely loves puppies so we think she will be a wonderful Mum. Fudge has a clear eye certificate and a hip score of 0:4.We will be mating Fudge and hope for puppies in the summer.

Halshimoor User Friendly at Overijse-" Spice " is now 10 years old, and a veteran of the Crufts Show Ring, she is now retired (much to her annoyance). She was a consistant Best of Breed winner at Open Shows and had some good wins a Championship Shows. She was a real show girl and still likes to show off if she thinks anyone is watching !

We are a small Labrador show kennel which breeds occasionally and is dedicated to the welfare and happiness of our dogs. Although the dogs do have a large size kennel and run, they also spend significant time in the house as part of the family, and any puppies are always reared inside, so they are well socialised.
All the dogs adore our 2 year old son and are brilliant with him.
We have been showing Labradors now for nearly 11 years and are well and truly hooked, and have had some great wins and made some great friends. I am a Committee Member on the North West Labrador Retriever Club. I am Secretary of Nantwich and District Canine Association and I am on The Midland Counties Labrador Retrievers Judges "C" list. I also like to Steward at shows .
